The wines of CHATEAU LE VIVIER are made from the younger vines of Château Ramafort, which yields a light, deliciously fruity wine. To conserve its character, Château Le Vivier is aged solely in stainless steel vats and not in barrels. The Merlot affords lively colour and vivacious aromas, while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds roundness and length. After bottling and a few months of rest, it is perfect to serve with with grilled meats or a simple winter meal.
