CHÂTEAU MALAIRE is produced from the young vines of CHÂTEAU GRIVIERE. The balanced proportions of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on calcareous clay soil yield fruity wines which are very pleasant drunk young. To preserve this freshness, CHÂTEAU MALAIRE is aged for 18 months in stainless steel vats only. After bottling, it is then aged in our underground cellar, after which it's ready to grace your table with simplicity and style.
